About the role
Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that has been providing our services since 1997. We provide demolition, hazardous materials abatement, storage tank removals, new construction, rebuild, renovations and more.
We are looking for a construction, remediation and demolition project coordinator to join our team!
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
-
assist project managers and estimators in management of their projects and in estimation
-
prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications and other related documents
-
assist estimators by reading drawings and assisting in gathering quantities to price a job
-
coordinate all environmental and construction work with project manager and client
-
produce various project deliverables including work packages, project reports, permits, etc.

produce estimates at the direction of the estimator
-
prepare and submit billing for the projects at the direction of the project manager
-
source subcontractors as required to submit pricing for tenders
-
utilizing and maintaining our project management software
-
provide status report of project milestones and adjustment to schedules
-
coordinate and prepare the delivery of project deliverables for a project
-
interface with clients to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met
-
track and submit change orders and scope changes to client
This role will require:

must have a valid G driver's license and have their own vehicle
-
ability to read and understand drawings
-
minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
-
knowledge and experience in PlanSwift and Microsoft Projects is considered an asset
-
ability to be on site assisting in the coordination of ongoing projects at least half of the time
-
excellent analytical and organizational skills
-
excellent written and oral communication skills
