Kee West est un transporteur automobile de premier plan dans l’Ouest canadien et vise à devenir le leader du transport automobile à travers tout le Canada. Notre bureau de Montréal est à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste des opérations pour se joindre à notre équipe.

Relevant du gestionnaire de site, vous serez responsable de :

  • Communiquer avec les clients et organiser les paiements ;
  • Générer et analyser des rapports ;
  • Effectuer diverses tâches de saisie de données ;
  • Coordonner les expéditions et les déplacements des conducteurs ;
  • Proposer des améliorations à nos processus ;
  • Veiller à ce que les expéditions soient correctement documentées ;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche nécessaire afin de « mener à bien le travail ».

Exigences

  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique avec des priorités multiples et concurrentes ;
  • Grande attention aux détails ;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication ;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et au sein d’une équipe ;
  • Maîtrise intermédiaire de Microsoft Excel ;
  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires (DEC ou baccalauréat) ;
  • Une expérience dans le domaine du transport ou de la logistique constitue un atout, sans être obligatoire.

Si la personne embauchée réussit dans ce poste, elle se verra confier des responsabilités croissantes et une rémunération en conséquence.


Job description

Kee West is a leading auto carrier in Western Canada with the goal of becoming the leading auto carrier across Canada. Our Montreal office is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the team.

Reporting to the location manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers and arranging payments;
  • Running reports;
  • Various data entry tasks;
  • Coordinating shipments and driver movements;
  • Suggesting ways to improve our processes;
  • Ensuring shipments are properly documented; and
  • Whatever is necessary to "get the job done".

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Experience in trucking or logistics may be an asset but is not required

If the individual we hire is successful in the position, he or she will will be given progressively more responsibility and commensurately higher pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
