We are seeking a Manager – Renewals Enablement who will design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs that support the effective adoption of our renewal practices, retention, and expansion methodologies. Working across multiple business units in our complex, enterprise-scale environment, you will ensure that our renewal teams have the tools, training, and ongoing support they need to operate with clarity, efficiency, and confidence. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERSOnboarding& Enablement Program Creation, Management, Delivery,& Adoption: • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive onboarding and enablement programs and learning paths that help our renewal teams master and adopt renewal practices and related frameworks. • Integrate renewal methodology with the customer journey, ensuring that enablement efforts directly support and optimize the daily activities of our renewal colleagues. • Partner with subject matter experts to design enablement programs that assist the renewals team in applying and executing renewal practices. • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource, offering continuous coaching and support to renewal teams to ensure enablement initiatives are seamlessly integrated into daily operations. • Design and implement programs leveraging engaging, interactive enablement materials - including playbooks, on-demand courses, and practical toolkits—that reinforce key elements and accelerate adoption.

Training& Communication Strategies: • Collaborate with renewal leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to design communication and training strategies that effectively convey renewals best practices, related updates, and usage tips to the renewal organization. • Highlight how these practices align to renewal and corporate objectives. • Develop and execute a robust change management plan.

Performance Measurement& Feedback: • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of enablement programs. • Analyze performance data and user feedback to refine training approaches, ensuring that enablement efforts are directly contributing to improved renewal performance and process adherence. Collaboration& Stakeholder Alignment: • Work closely with renewal leaders and operations, platform teams, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, share insights, and ensure that enablement initiatives are aligned with strategic business objectives and existing frameworks. • Leverage a deep understanding of renewals, renewal business practices and operations to drive initiatives that support both back-end operations and front-line renewal success. Team Leadership& Development: • Lead and mentor a high-performing renewal enablement team.• Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support the professional development of team members.• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED • 5+ years of experience in Renewal or Sales Enablement, Renewal or Sales Operations, or similar roles, with at least 2 years managing complex renewals or sales programs or initiatives. Proven experience in renewals or sales onboarding and process improvement, ideally within a large, global tech organization. • Minimum 2 years of People Leader experience, coaching, and development • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Renewals, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. Strong communication skills to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive strategic enhancements. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously. • Experience with renewal performance metrics and KPIs, and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvements. • A deep understanding of renewal and sales methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with sales or renewal enablement platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Showpad, Docebo, Articulate, Camtasia, Synthesia, etc.) is a plus.
