We’re a small team with big goals, and as we grow, we’re looking for someone to help us fill in the gaps across email marketing, website updates, and design execution. This is a cross-functional role for someone who’s thoughtful, detail-oriented, and excited to shape the online experience of a brand that’s still in its early, scrappy, and very real stage.

What You’ll Do

As our team grows, we’re looking for a versatile, proactive contractor to support us across email marketing, website updates, and design execution. This cross-functional role is ideal for someone thoughtful, detail-oriented, and excited to shape the online experience of a small but ambitious brand.

Email Marketing:

• Build and manage campaigns and flows in Klaviyo

  (e.g. welcome, cart abandonment, education)

• Write, design, and schedule newsletters

• Monitor performance (open, click, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly

Website Development:

• Make updates on Shopify

  using both the theme editor and basic HTML/CSS

• Build or update landing pages, product pages, and navigation

• Recommend and implement UX improvements with conversion in mind

Design Support:

• Create clean, minimal email layouts and page mockups using Canva, Figma, or Adobe
• Resize, crop, or lightly edit assets for web and email
• Stay aligned with our brand aesthetic and tone

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, web development, or similar
• Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Proficient with Klaviyo, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS
• Skilled in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
• Experienced in building email strategies with performance goals in mind
• Familiar with UX and CRO best practices
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

You’ll stand out if you also have:

• Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
