Reporting to the Academic Transition Programs Coordinator, the Student Assistant will contribute to the successful day-to-day and long-term strategic administrative operations of the Academic Transitions Programs.
Responsibilities:
- Document procedures and contribute to process improvement
- Perform statistical analysis as required
- Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading documents and materials
- Maintain and update databases of students’ records
- Communicate with students via email as required
- Provide general administrative support
- Update UR Courses Pages
- Use Banner and Caspur extensively to fulfill general administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned

Preference will be given to a student willing to work in this position for at least one year.
University of Regina undergraduate and graduate students of all faculties are welcome to apply but preference will be given to Computer Science students. Physical Demands Pay Grade CUPE Phase 1 Salary Range $16.30 - $19.57 Status Term Work Hours
20 hours per week (work scheduled will be built around student’s course schedule)
