Property Management Administrator
About the role
Sheriff Corporation is the Landlord for Office, Commercial & Industrial properties in the GTA area. Our Head office is located in Concord.
Our company is currently seeking a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Property Administrator in our Property Management Department, assisting our Property Managers in the daily operations of our real estate portfolio.
Duties:
- Processing P.O.'s
- Correspond with tenants and property owners
- Assist in addressing tenant complaints and contractual work
- Follow up and follow through on a timely basis
- Work effectively with our team of maintenance staff
Qualifications:
-
Ability to work efficiently with little supervision, and well organized

5+ years’ experience in property management

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel
