About the Role
The MSR I is a member of the Financial Services team and performs financial and non-financial transactions to help the members of Ladysmith & District Credit Union meet their financial needs. The MSR I is responsible for a range of duties including:
- Answering member account inquiries and processing transactions
- Making changes and updates to member accounts
- Recommending beneficial products and services
- End of day processing and balancing
- Adhering to all security protocols
- Other duties as assigned
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of customer service experience in a retail sales or service environment. Computer and keyboarding skills and the ability to use sophisticated office equipment is a must. They are attentive to detail, have the ability to recognize opportunities and communicate options effectively, and approach all situations with a positive, professional outlook. An ability to develop great working relationships with others and a dedication to providing exceptional service is essential.
This is a part-time position and will commence as soon as possible. The salary grade is that of Group 1 on the union salary scale. If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit a covering letter and resume outlining your qualifications.
