About the role
Tasks
- Welcoming, guiding, and informing YUL passengers.
- Managing a team of more than 10 ambassadors.
- Organizing daily operations.
- Ensure the quality and excellence of service provided.
- Continuously train and coach ambassadors to enhance the customer experience.
- Solving problems and supporting the airport team.
- Approving schedule changes.
- Briefing and assisting management in weekly meetings.
- Conducting ambassador performance assessments.
- Maintaining constant verbal and written communication with the entire team and management.
- Performing various administrative tasks (absence tracking, shift report monitoring, employee record maintenance, procedure updates, time sheets, etc.).
- Adjusting the schedule as needed.
- Contributing to project development.
- Answering phone calls on supervisor line.
- Performing any other related tasks.
