What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee Venn's website, content strategy, customer emails, and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and retention.
- Manage content calendar across channels, posting 5x/week.
- Define and refine how Venn's products are perceived in the market, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with different ICPs.
- Create and execute a strategy for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and educational content that drive conversions and engagement.
- Work closely with sales and product to ensure seamless onboarding and communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage and iterate on our website to enhance messaging, drive conversions, and communicate product value effectively.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches.
- Continuously test messaging, content formats, and distribution strategies to refine Venn's market presence.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or a similar role (startup experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of product positioning, content distribution, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
- Proven ability to craft strategic messaging and high-quality content.
- Experience optimizing website content, SEO, and conversion rates.
- Ability to analyze data, run experiments, and iterate based on insights.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and sales teams.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, working with internal teams and contractors.
