- Expertise in Social Ads: Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and purchase-optimized marketing
- Data Analysis: Proficient with Tableau, SQL, Excel, and able to derive insights from complex data
- Strategic Development: Experience in developing and implementing advertising strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience with performance marketing and e-commerce, particularly with large product catalogs and/or social channels
- Familiarity with advanced measurement techniques like incrementality testing or attribution testing
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Social Ads Specialist to shape and implement strategies for emerging social ads channels
- Their core responsibility will be to leverage large data sets to analyze and test opportunities, including testing image models and advanced catalog curation logic for dynamic product ads
- This role is crucial for developing efficient advertising strategies and advancing social media marketing efforts within eBay's Performance Marketing organization
- Develop strategies for emerging social ad channels, focusing on dynamic product ads
- Analyze large data sets to identify testing opportunities and enhance ad performance
- Implement and evaluate testing for image models and catalog curation logic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partner integrations and data science support required for testing new channels
- Use advanced analytics to drive decision-making and optimize advertising approaches
- Regularly communicate results, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders
