About the role

Overview:

At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

As a Senior Consultant on the AI Solutions & Go-to-Market team within Ignition Tax, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our practice delivers value through artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. By operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology enablement, and client delivery, you will help design and scale transformative solutions that accelerate growth, enhance performance, and position KPMG as a market leader in AI-powered tax services.

In this strategic role, you will empower internal stakeholders and clients to unlock the full potential of AI within the Tax domain. Your contributions will be hands-on and high-impact, enabling you to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies, lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions, and advocate for effective, inclusive adoption at scale.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on AI and go-to-market initiatives, collaborating across functions to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities that reflect diverse perspectives.
  • Lead the development of SaaS products and market rollout strategies, ensuring alignment with diverse practice needs and fostering user adoption across varied client demographics.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that focus on inclusivity and unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Design and facilitate inclusive workshops for clients and internal teams that promote AI literacy, generate widespread demand, and deepen engagement across various communities.
  • Develop and execute adoption roadmaps, capability enablement strategies, and future-state operating models that consider the needs and contributions of all stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical concepts through clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects and workstreams, ensuring high-quality outcomes, timely execution, and measurable impact that benefits all parties involved.

What you bring to this role:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, Technology Management, or a related discipline. Experience in Tax or Accounting is an asset but not required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in strategy, innovation, consulting, or a similar environment, ideally involving AI or digital transformation, with a focus on equitable practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI/ML platforms and emerging technologies, coupled with an understanding of their real-world applications across diverse industries.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects while balancing multiple priorities and fostering an inclusive atmosphere for client interactions.
