What you will do
As a HVAC Supervisor, you will be working directly with our Service Manager to develop and learn the skills required to move into multi-functioning dynamic role whereby you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and supervise service crews.
- Assist with installations or service work during high demand periods.
- Ensures daily install dollars are hit to achieve budget.
- Daily review of Install packages before released to the field.
- Installers timesheet approval
- Day to Day scheduling of work
- Respond to technical questions.
- Conduct technician ride along and Quality Control.
- Brief and Debrief of Installers and work.
- Booking incomplete work with dispatch.
- Customer complaints (installs)
- Google Reviews
- Health and Safety of the Installer Crews.
- Maintain communication with your team and manager.
- Train new employees
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
Skills
- HVAC Journeyman (Gasfit, Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, etc.) is a must.
- Residential remove and replace, installation experience is a must.
- Experience as Sheet Metal worker/HVAC Installer.
- A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract as our service techs are required to drive company service vehicles.
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
- Excellent written skills
- Extracurricular activities involving leadership responsibilities.
- PC literacy
