Job Summary Perform various duties within ZOLL Canada Sales Operations group.
Essential Job Functions
- Respond to inquiry emails with both internal and external stakeholders
- Submit and track order discrepancies on shipments from suppliers
- Greet visitors to the Mississauga office
- Assist order management team during peak times to ensure customer commitment levels are met
- Enter purchase requisitions in ERP system
- Process warehouse paperwork; scanning documents/filing paperwork
- Enter receiving transactions in ERP system
- Enter inventory count transactions
- Investigate internal order and shipping requests
- Other tasks as assigned depending on work load
Required/ Preferred Education And Experience
- College or University degree.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player with positive attitude
Fluency in French considered a strong asset
