About the role

Job Description As our Inside Sales Representative, every day you will be responsible for selling AutoEntry to new and existing Sage customers. ***This is a hybrid office environment, where we meet 3 days a week in either the Vancouver or Toronto office.***

  • Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers.
  • Make outbound prospecting communications to build and manage pipeline via calling, demoing, and e-mail.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer, including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain points.
  • Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting how AutoEntry could be a possible solution.
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, account management, or business development in the high-tech or SaaS industry.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume/transactional sales environment, hitting quota.

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.

In those locations, the target salary range for new hires for this role is $46,800 to $55,000, with commissions. The OTE (On Target Earnings) can be up to $91,666.67, depending on the experience level, etc.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities in our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
