Part-Time Accounting Clerk (SAGE 300 Experience Required)
Location: Toronto
Hours: Part-time (flexible), approx. 15–20 hours/week
Overview
We’re looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk to support our finance and operations teams.
This role includes core accounting duties like invoicing, account reconciliation, and data entry, along with some customer service and order entry tasks. You must have experience using SAGE 300.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments, and manage accounts receivable
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system (SAGE 300)
- Support customer service and communicate order details to operations
- Maintain accurate records and handle data entry
- Generate reports for internal teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar accounting role, ideally in a manufacturing or service environment
- Solid understanding of AR, reconciliation, and general accounting workflows
- Hands-on experience with SAGE 300 (required);
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Sharp attention to detail, especially when entering and reviewing data
- Organized, efficient, and good at juggling tasks
- Professional communication skills—written and verbal
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
