Inventory Accuracy Management
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies across multiple data sources to ensure accurate supply and demand visibility.
- Process inventory adjustments in JDE using appropriate document types.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
- Support Accounting in reconciling the inventory sub-ledger with the General Ledger.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.
- Correct EDI transactions to support accurate planning and customer service operations.
- Maintain and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including documentation, exercises, and event response.
Inventory Monitoring

Monitor inventory on hold and coordinate with distribution centers (DCs) for timely disposition.

Ensure external DCs follow established processes for managing obsolete and damaged inventory.
-
Assist in standardizing inventory control processes across all sites.
-
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain scorecards.

Support inventory adjustment activities across sites as needed.
-
Maintain and update Daily Management boards.
-
Participate in additional projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree / Technical Diploma or APICS certification
-
2 to 3 years of relevant experience
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on practical solutions.
