Inventory Accuracy Management

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies across multiple data sources to ensure accurate supply and demand visibility.
• Process inventory adjustments in JDE using appropriate document types.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Support Accounting in reconciling the inventory sub-ledger with the General Ledger.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.
• Correct EDI transactions to support accurate planning and customer service operations.
• Maintain and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including documentation, exercises, and event response.

Inventory Monitoring

• Monitor inventory on hold and coordinate with distribution centers (DCs) for timely disposition.

• Ensure external DCs follow established processes for managing obsolete and damaged inventory.

• Assist in standardizing inventory control processes across all sites.

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain scorecards.

• Support inventory adjustment activities across sites as needed.

• Maintain and update Daily Management boards.

• Participate in additional projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree / Technical Diploma or APICS certification

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on practical solutions.
