About the role
As a Google and Meta Lead Generation Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Meta Lead Generation and Google Ads campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase ROI.
You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers to understand the business objectives of our clients and develop effective advertising strategies to achieve them. You will also collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging ad content that resonates with our target audience.
This role requires a strong understanding of Google and Meta advertising best practices, solid analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Google and Meta advertising strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Manage and optimize Google and Meta Lead Generation campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
- Conduct keyword and audience research to create targeted ad campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with Google and Meta advertising best practices and platform algorithm changes
- Communicate regularly with the team to provide campaign updates and performance reports
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Google and Meta advertising
- Strong understanding of Google and Meta advertising best practices and algorithms
- Proven experience managing Lead Generation campaigns on both platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification
- Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Experience working with home-service businesses (i.e. House Painters)
