We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to support ONA in technology project initiatives.

What we are looking for:

In collaboration with the development team and the subject matters experts, the Quality Assurance Analyst will:

  • Four (4) or more year’s equivalent work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience satisfactory to ONA).
  • University degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
  • In collaboration with the development team and the subject matters experts, develops test plans, test scenarios and test scripts for CRM and web based applications.
  • Identify gaps in functional/technical specifications.
  • Responsible for finding and verifying defects found during development and end user testing.
  • Perform manual and automated test cases.
  • Create, track, modify, and close defect tickets using a Defect Tracking tool
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of testing and QA documentation standards.
  • Coordinates Functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with the development team and subject matter experts.
  • Provide assistance to the subject matter experts as required, to execute testing.
  • Consolidates tests results and prepares reports or presentations on the progress of testing on a regular basis maintaining a list of reported system defects, production issues and known workarounds.
  • Participate into all key sprint activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum and Solution Demos. Makes recommendations to improve the quality of future systems development.
  • Experience with testing ASP.Net web-based applications is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL queries.
  • Must have Agile development process experience.
  • Familiarity with GIT based source Control (Azure Devops)

Nice to Have Skillset:

  • Professional certifications in related technologies.
  • Experience with mobile application testing.
  • Test automation development.
  • CI/CD automation.
  • Performance testing.

  • Ability to modify approaches and flexibility to assess and adopt methodologies to build a solution towards desired outcome.
  • Collaborative partner, inter-personal communication, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking capability, needed to juggle many-conflicting priorities; ability to remain objective and calm under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to take ownership to build maintainable solutions.
  • Comfortable in communicating desired solution to non-technical stakeholders.
