Job Description SoCast Digital is seeking an Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content management systems and a passion for the broadcast industry. Success in this role will come through balancing new customer prospecting and expanding existing accounts. Ideally, the candidate should reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), near our North York office. This hybrid role involves both in-office and remote work.
Requirements Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle to drive software revenue growth.
- Conduct outbound sourcing, establish new partnerships, and build a strong pipeline.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Identify and understand clients' pain points using proven sales methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide tailored solutions that align with clients' needs and goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Account Management: Serve as the main contact for S/M clients, driving renewals and growth.
- Contribute to sales playbooks and team culture.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Customer-Centric Selling).
- Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills.
- Proven ability to drive deals through solution selling.
- Experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner with a passion for digital media and technology.
