THE ROLE IN A NUTSH**

In this role, you will play a key part in the development of new features for iBenefits, collaborating closely with architects, senior developers, and internal/external stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, thoroughly tested code while contributing to solution design, system debugging, and production support. With a strong foundation in C#, .NET, and web technologies, you'll apply software development best practices, demonstrate technical leadership, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Success in this role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to continuous improvement and client satisfact
