Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an Onsite Quality Assurance/Management Specialist (Level 2) for our Federal Government client.
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
a. Analyzing material, such as laboratory procedures and other Quality Management System (QMS)
documents to explain the requirement clearly and concisely.
b. Writing, modifying, validating and compiling QMS documents.
c. Gathering information, analyzing the subject and the audience, and producing clear QMS
documentation.
d. Studying existing material and interviewing Stakeholders.
e. Creating accurate, complete and concise documentation to communicate the needs of the requirement.
f. Assimilating and conveying technical material in a concise, effective manner.
g. Following governmental publishing guidelines.
h. Reviewing QMS documents for conformance to established standards.
i. Design the layout of the QMS documents, guides and manuals.
j. Produce QMS training materials to assist users with the QETE QMS.
k. Assist with quality analysis of trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
l. Uses word-processing, desk-top publishing and graphics software packages to produce final
documents.
m. Store records in the client Records, Document, and Information Management System
produced through the execution of QMS processes according to standard operating procedures.
n. Attend QETE Management Review meetings, take notes and draft meeting records.
