We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in Salesforce development, specifically in Experience Cloud, who can lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences.
Here is how you will be involved
- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, ensuring they align with business requirements and provide optimal user experiences
- Design, code, test, and implement complex solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, Ux designers, and other developers, to understand business needs and deliver appropriate technical solutions
- Ensure the performance, quality and security of applications and provide technical guidance to junior team members
- participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support
- stay current with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and apply this knowledge to continually improve our digital experiences
Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong focus on Experience Cloud
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce Lighting frameworks, specifically Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant)
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and integration techniques
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles
