At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.
We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.
Join EY and help to build a better working world.
The opportunity
EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Real Estate team is one of the largest integrated real estate advisory practices in Canada, offering strategic advisory, valuation, and transaction services to both public- and private-sector clients.
We help governments, institutions, and investors make informed decisions about land, infrastructure, and real estate—whether through surplus land strategies, portfolio optimization, development planning, or structuring partnerships for housing and mixed-use projects. Increasingly, we also support clients with corporate real estate strategy, including facility management advisory, operating model design, and service delivery optimization.
Our national team is growing and we’re looking for curious, collaborative thinkers who are excited to work across sectors and tackle some of the most interesting real estate challenges in Canada.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of complex real estate and facility management advisory mandates, with a focus on helping clients optimize their real estate operations, service delivery, and strategic planning. You’ll play a key role in developing client relationships and driving growth for the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as project lead on a diverse range of mandates, including facility management strategy, corporate real estate operating models, portfolio optimization, and transaction support.
- Leading project teams in the delivery of corporate real estate and FM strategies, including service delivery models, cost optimization, performance frameworks, and governance structures.
- Overseeing research and analysis related to facility operations, market conditions, policy context, and organizational real estate needs.
- Guiding the creation of financial models and scenario analyses to support client decision-making on FM strategy, asset disposition, and transaction structuring.
- Reviewing and shaping high-quality client deliverables, including reports, business cases, slide decks, and presentations.
- Managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear communication, structured progress, and high-quality outcomes.
- Supporting Directors and Partners in building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to go-to-market strategy.
- Leading the preparation of proposals and pitch materials, and contributing to the development of thought leadership content.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members, helping to build team capabilities and ensure project success.
We are interested in candidates who have:
- Undergraduate degree in real estate, economics, business, or a related field; graduate degree or professional designation (e.g., CFA, RPA, FMP, PMP) is considered an asset.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in facility management, corporate real estate strategy, or real estate advisory, including experience managing projects and client relationships.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and slide-writing skills—able to distill complex findings into compelling, structured, and client-ready presentations.
- Comfort reviewing and guiding financial models and operational analyses with a strategic lens.
- Experience with operating model design, service delivery optimization, and performance benchmarking is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of FM trends, corporate real estate governance, and public-sector policy contexts in Canada
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.

The EY benefits package is designed to support your physical, emotional, financial, and social wellbeing. Our extensive benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, as well as mental health benefits, a robust Employee Assistance Program and group savings plans to promote your overall wellbeing.
