NanoTech Innovation Inc. is Canada’s leader in nanotechnology-based corrosion mitigation solutions, delivering a sustainable rust converter that transforms existing rust into a protective primer and lasting anti-corrosion coating. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Vancouver, BC, we have engineered a plant-based, waterborne coating that deeply diffuses into corroded steel and metal surfaces, converting rust into a protective coating and enabling rapid restoration with minimal down-time. Our flagship product, AnarPrime™, is trusted across industrial, marine, and DIY markets for its environmental safety, ease-of-use, and proven performance.
As we expand our digital presence to enhance outreach and lead generation across both B2C and B2B markets, we are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Sales Associate to help us build and scale our digital presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career/intermediate professional ready to make a real impact in a startup environment. This is a limited term (9 months) position from July 2025 to March 2026, with potential for extension or growth into a full-time role depending on performance and company needs.
What You’ll Do
You will work closely with our core team to design, execute, and refine digital campaigns that attract new customers and generate high-quality leads. Your role will be hands-on, creative, and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google
· Manage Shopify and Amazon stores
· Create engaging ad copy, graphics, and promotional content (e.g., videos, banners, email templates)
· Help design and test landing pages
· Run A/B tests across platforms and optimize campaigns for click-through and conversion rates
· Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Shopify Analytics
· Assist with SEO and blog content planning to grow organic traffic
· Lead magnet ideas, and other brand-building experiments
· Report on funnel metrics and collaborate in building a scalable B2C sales process
What We Are Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
· Hold a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
· Have 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (including internships or freelance projects)
· Have worked with paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads, or similar platforms)
· Can develop creative content, graphics, short videos, headlines, and email copy
· Are familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, Shopify dashboards)
· Understand the basics of sales funnels, lead generation, or e-commerce
· Are proactive, organized, and excited to learn and experiment in a startup setting
Assets:
· Have experience in sales, lead generation, and customer support
· Have helped grow a Shopify store, Etsy shop, or digital brand
· Have exposure to digital marketing tools and software
· Have worked with CRM platforms, including managing contacts, creating automated workflows, and tracking customer interactions across the sales funnel
