Your main responsibilities:

General Administration
- Assist our President and General Manager by ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain established administrative processes for efficient and consistent management.

Communication
- Answer phone calls professionally and accurately.

Financial Management
- Prepare deposits and manage accounts for clients and suppliers.
- Accurately validate and process employee hours for payroll.

Document Management
- Complete, verify, and organize work orders.
- Consolidate and file documents methodically to ensure quick access.

Record-Keeping
- Maintain a flawless and structured filing system for all company records.
Desired Profile:
- Experience in office management or administration (1-2 years preferred).
- Bilingual French-English.
- Detail-oriented, enjoying work in a well-organized environment.
- Responsible, reliable, and autonomous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools and good time management.
