About this Position
We are looking for an Operations Clerk to join our Records Department.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Upload documents to the Content Manager System
- Responsible for barcoding various PFSL Front End and Files Updates
- Responsible for ICS – UPS outgoing mail
- Prepare a weekly report.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of High School or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Batching and barcoding experience would be an asset
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Quick learner and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
