About the role
Your Opportunity:
As front-line reception for the Lethbridge Unattached Patient Clinic site, this role attends and assists patients and members of the public as they arrive. Included in the daily duties would be attending patients in Connect care, working in work Ques, booking and rebooking appointments as needed and navigating inquiries to the appropriate person as well as completing reminder calls (as needed). This position is also responsible for the maintenance /updating of medical electronic records and running appointment reports. The main purpose of this role is booking and reception, however this manages incoming referrals and books appointments for physicians and a nurse who work out of the Lethbridge Unattached Patient Clinic. This position will navigate incoming referrals as appropriate and consult with the RN when necessary to ensure timely access to services.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience working with Connect Care required, specifically experience in work Ques and referral triage. Expertise working with multidisciplinary team. Strong skills with Microsoft office, excel and outlook required. Must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and exceptional multi-tasking skills, including prioritization. Must work well in team environment and include good interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and team building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and minute taking skills.
