About the role
Vickar Automotive Group is sourcing a Collision Repair Advisor who will help ensure the smooth operation of a busy Body Shop with the front-end customer service team. Essentially reception/customer service while developing industry-specific knowledge. Training provided.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.; taking detailed messages as needed.
- Keep accurate files and records of customer information and services provided.
- Schedule/re-schedule customer appointments.
- Handle all customer interactions with patience and integrity, providing general business information, service options and repair updates, or directing them to other staff as needed.
- Accurately process department documentation.
- Ensure the Body Shop administration area is neat, clean, and free of open confidential customer information.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned**.**
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid MB driver’s license (stage I or F)
- Body Shop or Service Department experience preferred
- MPI or CDK system close-out experience a strong asset
- Superior customer service, communications, interpersonal skills
- Organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities for periods of high workload
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable team player with strong work ethic, integrity and reliability
