We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks may include loading and unloading materials.
- Participate in daily toolbox Meetings
- Participate and complete Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA’s)
- Ability to load and strap down materials on trucks and trailers
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
- Must have a Valid Drivers License & a Clean Drivers Abstract
- Must have valid H2S, First Aid & CSO certificates
- Local to Grande Prairie Preferred
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks as needed
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, while adding to a safe and positive team environment
- Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
