About Us:
Visa Master Canada, operated under Gamma Immigration Services Canada Inc. , is a leading immigration consulting and recruitment agency serving clients across Canada (excluding Quebec). We are recognized for our client-centric approach, ethical practices, and comprehensive immigration solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and experienced RCIC-IRB license holder to join us at our Brampton office.
Required Qualifications:
- RCIC with IRB license (RCIC-IRB) in good standing with the CICC
- Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time experience in Canadian immigration law
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and client management skills
- Technologically proficient – must be comfortable using CRMs, immigration portals, case management systems, form builders, and secure communication tools
- Must be available to work full-time from our Brampton office
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before IRB (Immigration and Refugee Board) and IRCC
- Prepare and review case files for hearings, appeals, and refugee claims
- Handle complex immigration and inadmissibility matters
- Provide legal advice aligned with IRPR and IRPA regulations
- Liaise with clients, gather documents, and manage expectations
- Mentor junior case officers and collaborate with our internal legal and recruitment team
