About the role
We are seeking a Class 5 Driver for an immediate start.
In this role, the Class 5 driver is responsible for delivery of our quality window & door products to our valued customer base on time and secured. Responsibilities will include the correct loading of the vehicle, recording of delivery information, accepting/making payment for goods, and ensuring overall vehicle safety. The Delivery Driver will be expected to operate the vehicle in a safe manner at all times, obeying all rules of the road, and follow all appropriate company policies and procedures.
The perfect candidate will not only process excellent driving skills but also a friendly attitude and exceptional communication skills to offer the best customer support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Delivery product in timely and secure manner.
- Performance pre-trip and post-trip inspection
- Assisting customers in offloading the products (Combination of lifting, bending, crouching 50+lbs)
Qualification:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (non GDL - 2 years driving experience minimum)
- Clean driving abstract (must be provided with resume upon application obtained within 30 days of application)
- Willing to drive long hours.
- Experience in the windows and doors industry.
