Position Overview

A smart and scrappy AI Storyteller who turns messy inputs—ideas, interviews, conversations—into engaging, emotionally resonant content. You use AI to move fast, scale smart, and build a content engine without needing a small agency or a 6-week production cycle.

Encore Corporate Travel is rebranding (soon), growing fast, and reimagining B2B marketing.

Your job is to make sure when people see Encore, they feel it.

And when they need travel done right, they think of us—first.

You’ll help us build a library of human moments: travel wins, pain points, and real conversations that fuel not just brand, but relationship. You’ll interview internal experts and real customers to surface the stories, insights, and struggles that matter—and turn them into content that makes people feel seen and understood.

We’ve got strong foundations. Now we need a story engine.

You’ll be one of the first to define how brand + content + AI come together.

Key Responsibilities
