Great River Financial Services Inc. is a leading provider of IT Solutions, including Break-Fix Field Services, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation across Canada and the United States. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive / Account Manager with hands-on experience in selling IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Break-Fix Services, IT Staffing, and Managed IT Solutions
- Build and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for accounts
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Respond to RFPs and client inquiries, and create tailored service proposals
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and provide regular sales performance reports
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and virtual client meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Services sales, including staffing augmentation and break-fix field services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience managing mid-to-large accounts as an Account Manager is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
