Reporting to the Sales Manager of Mining, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Finning’s aftermarket products and services. By leveraging your consultative selling skills, you’ll forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, helping them optimize their fleet management, boost productivity, and minimize downtime and costs.

Job Description:
- Achieve profitable revenue targets for undercarriage and wear parts based on corporate and territory goals.
- Evaluate customer needs, promote and sell wear products to meet those needs, and provide quality solutions.
- Maintain and update client information and data using Finning (Canada)’s CRM software and Product Improvement Program (PIP) for accurate market intelligence, pricing, estimates, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate and timely forecasts, pricing, estimates, and market intelligence for wear parts revenue targets.
- Establish targets, goals, and objectives aligned with corporate strategy.
- Ensure all sales documents and customer agreements are completed accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical or technical knowledge related to heavy equipment.
- Previous consulting sales experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with undercarriage and GET products is an asset.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer coverage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to meet drug and alcohol testing requirements to be on client sites.
Note:
- This is a permanent, full-time position supporting the Kearl mine site
- Frequent travel to customer sites will be required, up to 25%.
