$44.55 - $ 54.43

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)

  • RN required

  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing

  • 5 years of recent emergency department nursing experience required

  • Prior experience in leadership activities providing the application of nursing knowledge to nursing staff and interprofessional team (preferred)

  • Previous LEAN project experience (preferred)

  • Demonstrates actions to support continuous quality improvement, risk identification and provides leadership for change management.

  • Proficient in Cerner documentation

  • Knowledge and awareness of pay for results (P4R) metrics

  • Knowledge and awareness of Emergency Department flow

  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Satisfactory Attendance
