ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)

RN required
-
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing
-
5 years of recent emergency department nursing experience required
-
Prior experience in leadership activities providing the application of nursing knowledge to nursing staff and interprofessional team (preferred)
-
Previous LEAN project experience (preferred)
-
Demonstrates actions to support continuous quality improvement, risk identification and provides leadership for change management.
-
Proficient in Cerner documentation
-
Knowledge and awareness of pay for results (P4R) metrics
-
Knowledge and awareness of Emergency Department flow
-
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

Satisfactory Attendance
