Key Responsibilities：
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing systems and infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging technology trends and provide recommendations for system optimization
- Work with Information Security to implement secure policies and security best practices
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Manage and authorize access to various resources and service accounts, such as OpenAI, Groq, MTurk, etc.
- Conduct regular testing and validation of recovery procedures.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to provide continuous support for production systems
Qualifications：
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in the capacity of cloud technologies and application platform services
- Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and storage solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications：
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Professional certification as a Solutions Architect for major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in one or two scripting languages, such as Python or Shell
