About The Role We're looking for a proactive and technically fluent Revenue Operations Automation & System Specialist to take full ownership of our GTM tools ecosystem. This role is central to ensuring our commercial engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and with modern automation. You'll manage and evolve our tech stack, including HubSpot, Spiky.AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for example, while collaborating closely with other teams. From building no-code (or low code) workflows and piloting AI-powered use cases to troubleshooting integrations and leading documentation efforts, you'll be the go-to expert for operational tooling. Responsibilities
- Own the orchestration and governance of the GTM tech stack — including HubSpot, Spiky.AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tools
- Take full ownership of HubSpot: manage property governance, sequences, user permissions, reporting, and overall CRM hygiene
- Design and implement no-code/low-code automations using tools like Make, Zapier, or native integrations
- Monitor, maintain, and improve tool integrations across the commercial stack to ensure system stability and performance
- Identify operational inefficiencies across Sales, Marketing, and PSA — propose and implement tool-based or process improvements
- Pilot and scale AI assistant use cases (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) for lead scoring, content generation, CRM automation, and smart alerts
- Lead tool onboarding and create clear training materials, documentation, and adoption playbooks
- Manage and prioritize GTM tooling support requests across Sales, Marketing, and PSA teams
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations
- HubSpot CRM power user — proven ownership and optimization experience
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Make or Zapier
- Comfortable using and designing workflows with AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
- Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) tools
- Experience with or exposure to data tools like MongoDB, Snowflake, or BigQuery (a strong asset)
- Track record of integrating tools and improving workflows without relying on engineering
- Strong documentation skills and ability to train cross-functional teams
- Naturally curious, autonomous, and energized by scaling infrastructure in a fast-growth environment
