    • Utilize Procore and MS Project to develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

      • Estimate activity durations and optimize schedules for efficient project execution.
      • Maintain and update complex schedules to ensure alignment with master and supporting schedules.
      • Conduct Earned Value Management System (EVMS) analysis, delay analysis, and change management to assess project performance.
      • Organize project scope using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and schedule tasks logically to support top-level milestones.
      • Develop and analyze S-curves, cost/resource projections, and cash flow diagrams to inform decision-making.

Project Controls & Reporting

    • Track cost and performance variances, develop corrective actions, and control changes to the integrated project baseline.
    • Present scheduling insights and reports to senior management and clients.
    • Ensure compliance with company scheduling standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, specifically in infrastructure development projects.
  • Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Strong background in project controls, including cost control, performance measurement, change management, and delay analysis.
  • Working understanding of schedule trending and risk analysis.
  • Proficiency in Procore and integration with Time-Location software is an asset.
  • Experience developing and analyzing complex engineering and construction schedules for both proposals and active projects.
  • Ability to interpret and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), earned values, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
