Position Summary
We are looking for a hands-on, customer-oriented operations leader to manage a stand-alone affiliate organization – Sparta Installations. This role, reporting directly to senior leadership, ensures seamless post-sales execution with a relentless focus on operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This role combines operational oversight with team development, cross-departmental coordination, budget ownership, and a strong understanding of technical requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Oversight
· Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams across the Installation department (approx. 10–15 staff).
· Build team alignment with company core values: Excellence, Accountability, Attitude, and Honesty.
· Foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment across technical service teams.
Operations
· Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of field installations.
· Own and manage the departmental P&L, ensuring financial targets are met through revenue growth and cost control.
· Work closely with Project Managers and Engineering to ensure installations meet design specifications and client expectations.
Continuous Improvement & Efficiency
· Identify opportunities for process improvements using Lean principles.
· Gather and analyze feedback to inform service enhancements.
· Implement tools and methodologies to optimize resource utilization.
Cross-functional Collaboration
· Act as the link between Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning for service-related activities.
Support Sparta Manufacturing and other customers in drafting proposals and cost estimates
