Come and join the team at Beaver Truck Centre, a Volvo heavy-truck & Hino medium-duty truck dealership located at 33 Oak Point Highway (on Route 90).
We are currently looking for full time, Evening Service Advisor to join our Team!
Responsibilities
§ Greet customers, in person or on the phone, promptly and in a courteous manner
§ Create initial repair order by listening to customer and asking questions to assist with diagnoses
§ Review repair order with customer and get customer to sign it
§ Recommend any routine maintenance that is due according to OEM
§ Keeping customers informed on the progress of their unit through ASIST and by phone
§ Prepare estimates and get customer approval for repairs, getting a deposit if required
§ Close repair orders and inform customer unit is ready and the amount of the invoice
§ Schedule appointments
§ Handling customer complaints and escalating only if necessary
§ Evening work required after training is complete
§ Other duties and details to be discussed
Qualifications:
§ Good knowledge of trucks & the mechanics of trucks
§ Proficient in the use of computers (email, word processing, excel)
§ Problem solving and Critical thinking skills
§ Ability to work productively under pressure
§ Ability to work well in a team environment
§ Maintain the cleanliness of personal and team workspaces
§ Maintain a high level of grooming, hygiene and professional appearance
§ Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision
§ Good interpersonal skills, phone etiquette and organizational skills

Job Summary
Full-time permanent position
Salary: $24.00 to $29.00 Depending on Qualifications
Shifts: 8 hours per day
Overtime Pay
Quarterly Bonus
Shift premium for working evenings 4:00pm - 12:30 am
