What You'll Do;
As an experienced and strategic Salesforce Service Cloud Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Service Cloud solutions.
In this role, you will serve as a key technical leader responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and other architects to drive the successful delivery of service and support experiences.
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to support customer service, field service, and support operations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Define and maintain architectural blueprints and solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, Service Console, and Einstein Bots.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in existing service processes.
- Ensure data integrity and integration with external systems via APIs, middleware, and other Salesforce Clouds.
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for new Service Cloud capabilities.
- Perform technical reviews, code reviews, and contribute to governance of Salesforce development standards.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, with 3+ years specifically in Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions at scale.
- Salesforce certifications required:
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Developer II preferred)
- Strong understanding of customer service processes, case lifecycle, SLAs, and escalation processes.
- Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, Knowledge Management, Live Agent, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Knowledge of Einstein AI capabilities and automation strategies.
- Exposure to MuleSoft, integration patterns, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, insurance).
- Experience and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an asset.
