Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate various phases of the support service, such as staff requirements, applying client engagement teamwork plans, monitoring of hours and skills assessment
- Coordinate and participate in monitoring and review of quality control related to service delivery.
- Maintain relationships with abroad teams to provide excellent client service throughout the year through supervision of RDC staff assisting with review of work product, ensuring staff are performing proper self-review, providing guidance on testing, monitoring and reporting of productivity and adherence to work plan schedules on each assignment
- Maintain high technical and professional standards
- Promote and uphold firm policies and procedures
- Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members, advise on career development
- Participate in design and delivery of training programs to continually develop and expand knowledge and expertise through learning opportunities
- Proactively anticipates and address concerns and escalate issues as they arise
- Maintain own professional development through ongoing education/development opportunities
- Participate in a range of projects and open to collaborate and work with multiple teams; demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative and timely completion of work.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand services to US business teams

RSM is seeking an IT M&A Product Due Diligence Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, nationally award-winning practice that is experiencing exceptional growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage fast-paced technology and software product application due diligence engagements for private equity (PE) and strategic clients
- Evaluate software product management strategy, organization, architecture, hosting infrastructure (cloud and on-premise), development processes, code scan results and internal controls as they relate to the development and operations of a Company’s software product and the client’s proposed investment thesis. In addition, identify compliance, operations, revenue and growth risks.
- Develop, as part of a team, software product strategy and planning deliverables for complex carve-out and integration transactions.
- Produce high quality value driven diligence reports and experience participating with clients in meetings critical to closing the transaction (e.g., representation and warranties)
- Identify pre- and post-close business opportunities and enhance go-to market strategies
- Lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, the leveraging of diverse views, and coaching of staff
Qualifications and Experience:
- 6+ years working within a team-based, client-facing software product development role.
- 3+ years working with software product application or software hosting infrastructure implementation projects (preferably SaaS and/or cloud based)
- Experience working with a diverse range of application development technologies, development processes, and hosting models.
- Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated capability identifying and addressing client needs, including the development of sustained meaningful client relationships.
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Experience with developing and supervising staff both on engagements and in developing their skills and career
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Able to travel 25%, as necessary

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $98,000 - $167,000
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
