As Director of Procurement , you will report directly to the financial expert and take full ownership of the procurement strategy. This is a pivotal role for a sharp, thoughtful, and grounded leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, can balance operational discipline with strategic insight, and knows how to influence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with operational and financial objectives ;
• Optimize supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure the best value and reliability ;
• Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to ensure alignment across departments ;
• Act as a trusted business partner, strong enough to challenge leadership, tactful enough to do it constructively ;
• Monitor KPIs, manage risk, and support cost control while maintaining long-term supplier partnerships.

• Experience in manufacturing is essential; ERP knowledge (Syteline) is a strong asset ;
• Solid understanding of financial principles and the operational impact of procurement decisions.
