Full-Time

Pay Rate: $29.48 - $33.30

The Team Leader promotes Karis Disability Services Service Principles by assisting in the supports and activities of daily living and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each person’s intrinsic value. The Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location. The Team Leader provides timely communication to their supervisor on important matters related to supports, services, and employee performance.

The Team Leader helps build communities of belonging in accordance to the core Values of Karis Disability Services; Valuing People, Fostering Belonging, Serving Others and Respecting Gifts. They respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy, respect and integrity in their dealings with persons supported, other employees and both internal and external stakeholders.
