Are you passionate about education, community engagement, and making a difference in the North? Yukon University is seeking a dynamic and organized Coordinator to join our team at the Faro Campus.
As the Campus Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of academic programs and services, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring smooth campus operations. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate campus programs, events, and services
- Support students, faculty, and staff with administrative and logistical needs
- Liaise with community partners and stakeholders
- Promote YukonU programs and initiatives in the Faro region
- Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in program coordination, administration, or community engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of the Yukon context and commitment to northern education
- Knowledge of Yukon First Nations and Ross River Dena Council in particular
