Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in carpet cleaning and floor waxing/stripping, with your own equipment and staff. Preference is for subcontractors to also provide their own cleaning supplies, but is not a requirement. Subcontractors must have a registered business name, number, GST number, WCB coverage and 5 million liability insurance .

• To execute commercial cleaning with integrity, honesty and excellence. At each job site you are representing the Bison Janitorial name, and as such, must adhere to our levels of expected work ethic and job results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning with an emphasis on carpet cleaning, floor waxing and stripping and post construction cleaning.
• Ability to pass criminal record checks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.50-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Experience:

• Carpet Cleaning: 1 year (required)
• Floor STripping & Waxing: 1 year (required)

Language:

• Fluent English (required)
