As our People Experience Coordinator at the office in Calgary, you will play a vital role in creating a great impression for people arriving at and working in our office and supporting company-wide events that build our community and culture.
This is a 12-month term role, primarily office-based, with some flexibility for remote working.
What you'll do:
- Management of our Calgary office space, maintaining a safe, welcoming and organized environment
- Support the People Experience team with engagement events and programs
- Coordinate with vendors, manage expenses and triage office-based requests
- Lead the office's Joint Health & Safety Committee, and act as First Aider and Fire Warden
- Welcome guests at reception and connect them with their Benevity host
- Coordinate the purchase of office and event supplies
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and prepare local and international couriers
- Ad hoc support for other team priorities

- Excellent organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Event planning experience
- Self-starting and solution-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with Mac, Slack, Google Suite and Asana considered an asset
