Own and grow a book of business

Relationship: Build and maintain close relationships with customers

Strategic: Understand customers’ core business needs and engage in ongoing strategic discussions about IT solutions that help meet these needs

Sales: Achieve sales targets by upselling customers to value-adding new offers, products, and services within the IT suite

Support: Act as POC for customers and either solve or direct request to best supportive function
