The Corporate Department Digitization Assistant’s role is responsible for assisting the team members of the Corporate Department in digitizing corporate records, while adhering to the quality standards set by the firm.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Attending to digitizing corporate files
- Attending to digitizing Minute Books
Required Skills and Competencies
- Exercise sound judgment and problem solving
- Excellent people and communications skills
- Possess strong technical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- Possess a strong analytical and logistical skill set
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines
- Exercise critical thinking, with attention to detail and consistently produce high quality work
- Required to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Occasionally required to bend and lift up to ten pounds
