Nurse Practitioner - Cowichan Collaborative Health (Cowichan PCN) 200-1626
Cowichan Collaborative Health (CCH) is a new multi-disciplinary primary care clinic in the City of Duncan, BC with over 4000 square feet of customizable modern medical office space. The clinic has Family Physicians, a Licensed Practical Nurse, a Pediatrician, Social Worker and a visiting clinical Pharmacist. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join us.
The space has 14 exam rooms, one common treatment/procedure room and a room for allied health. There is also a large lunchroom/lounge space. Each full-time family physician will have access to two exam room/offices to enhance efficiency. There is lab and pharmacy on the premises. The clinic uses Med Access EMR, has full billing support and is fully paperless.
The patient population in Duncan is diverse. There is also a high need for supporting the large Indigenous population in the Cowichan region. CCH is located just a few blocks away from the current Cowichan District Hospital where there are numerous specialty services available including medical imaging. The clinic is also within few blocks of a new modern inpatient hospice facility.
The clinic structure has incorporated compassionate leadership elements to support high quality clinical care for patients and joy in work for providers.

Cowichan has the most temperate climate in Canada along with incredible outdoor recreation opportunities including hiking, golfing, boating, fishing and biking. The region is peppered with vineyards and farm to table food providers. There are also incredible school opportunities both public and private. A new state of the art 204 bed community hospital is slated to open its doors in early 2027.
